Program Chair, MS Architecture Heritage Conservation

My interests include sustainable urban design, green infrastructure to balance community and environmental needs, the use and activation of urban public spaces including parks and plazas, urban agriculture and the contemporary community garden movement, and community development and participation. My work in the field of heritage conservation involves the documentation and interpretation of cultural and historic sites, particularly landscapes. Historic properties are an integral component of community character and identity and contribute to sense of place.
