Bruce Tabashnik
Professor and Department Head, Department of Entomology
Stanford University Fellow of AAAS and the Entomological Society of America Tabashnik studies the evolution and management of insect resistance to insecticides and transgenic plants. Current work focuses on evolution of resistance to insecticidal proteins from the bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt). Web of Science lists more than 10,000 citations of his >300 publications.
