Zack Guido is an Assistant Research Professor at the UA’s Arizona Institutes for Resilience: Solutions for Environment and Societies, and School of Natural Resources and Environment. Zack leads AIR’s International Resilience Research for Development initiative and is the PI of the International Research and Applications Project (IRAP). Zack’s research interests focus on climate impacts; the socio-environmental determinants of vulnerability and its corollary, resilience; how people adapt to and cope with the environmental stressors; and the role of weather and climate information in decision-making. Zack has active research projects in the U.S. Southwest, Caribbean, and Africa.
